Is Penis Size Linked to Sexual Health?
Simply put, YES. A man’s penis is essentially a muscle and like any muscle, it will get smaller if it isn’t used. A recent study found that a penis size and sexual health is linked and you can lose up to 2 inches in length from your penis over time through lack of use. If men don’t have enough sex or they don’t masturbate enough, this lack of exercise can cause their penises to shrink. Masturbating or having sex is same as exercising the penis, either by using your hands or a penis extender, as you are stretching the muscle.
Will regular masturbation give me a bigger penis?
The answer to that question is not really. But, regular masturbation will strengthen your penis and it will reduce the chances of premature ejaculation and it will stop your penis from shrinking.
Will exercises improve the size of my penis?
The answer to that is YES. Their is a widely known penis exercise called jelqing and it consists of 34 eight minute exercises, which need to be performed every day for approximately 15-25 minutes. This exercise will encourage the part of your penis which remains inside your body, to extend out and add extra inches.
If you do either of these exercises daily, you’ll definitely notice an improvement in your penis, not only in its length and width, but in the way it performs.

Surgery – This is certainly one way to achieve instant gains, but there is risk with surgery and a lot of thought needs to go in, before deciding on this route. It is possible to cut the suspensory ligament, which will add size to your penis, but it will stop it from pointing upwards when erect. You can also add inflatable tubes, but this is more for men with erectile dysfunction, or you could opt for a skin graft, which will add size. All of these options carry a very serious risk as you could end up doing permanent damage to your penis, in the way of scarring, deformity and shrinkage.
Penis Pumps – These can produce temporary gains, but they are mainly only affective in improving your penis health. They work by creating a vacuum around the penis, which causes more blood to be drawn in, triggering bigger and harder erections. You should also be able to last longer in the bedroom. Again there is a risk, as over use can damage the blood vessels in your penis.
